What we are building
Ten original designs, released on prints, T-shirts and pins, made through Gelato's print-on-demand network so an order placed in Germany prints in Germany rather than shipping from Bulgaria. No design carries the word Eurovision, an ESC mark, or a heart.
Print on demand fixes the two problems a small shop usually has before an event like this: no stock to hold before contest week exists, and no guess about which design sells before a single euro has come in. Gelato routes production to the print facility closest to the buyer, roughly 87 per cent of EU orders inside the buyer's own country, which is also the fastest and the least wasteful way to ship a T-shirt across Europe.

The Nessebar Old Town stand
During contest week, a physical stand is planned inNessebar Old Town, stocked with the same ten designs but screen printed locally in Burgas rather than shipped in. Local screen printing runs at roughly triple the margin of shipped, print-on-demand stock, which is why the stand exists alongside the online shop rather than instead of it.
No Eurovision marks, no hearts
What is not settled
- The other nine designs. The nod-and-shake inversion is fixed as the flagship. The rest are in progress.
- Pricing. Not set. Print-on-demand margin runs lower than the stand's local printing, so online and stand prices may differ.
- Pin lead time. Pins ordered direct in bulk typically take four to six weeks, so an order placed after March 2027 risks missing contest week.
- Launch date. Targeted before contest week, not fixed.
