Reserve your accommodation before it runs out
There are more people coming than there are beds in the host city. That is not a sales line; it is what the numbers published so far add up to.

Burgas is a working port city. Its hotels were sized for business travel and summer overflow, and a contest week concentrates three live shows and six preview shows into six days. Fans, delegations, crew and press all want the same nights.
Rooms that are still open are being priced accordingly. Bulgarian media have reported offers of several thousand euros for a few nights in the city. Waiting for the ticket sale before you book a room means booking after everyone else has.
The practical answer is to reserve now, directly with a property, on terms you can read. Every partner hotel on this site states what you pay today and what you pay on arrival.

Why Sunny Beach
The arena is in Burgas. The beds are up the coast. For most visitors Sunny Beach is the base that makes the week work, for five reasons.

It is close
About 35 km from Burgas, 40 to 50 minutes by road, and 30 to 40 minutes from Burgas Airport.

It has the beds
About 100,000 of them, roughly eight times the stock of the host city. On 14 September, 25 of the 76 four-star hotels we track there had May 2027 on sale.

More beds means a better price
With that many hotels competing, the rate holds. In our September scan the median four-star rate for the Grand Final weekend was €211 a night for two, the lowest of any coastal town we measured.

It is built for visitors
Sunny Beach is a resort, not a city that happens to have hotels. Its hotels were built for holidaymakers: pools, restaurants, balconies, and front desks used to guests from abroad. Burgas has a smaller stock of city hotels and short-let flats.

The beach is at the door
Several kilometres of sand run the length of the resort. There is no live show on Wednesday 12 or Friday 14 May, and this is where to spend the daylight.
One thing to plan: a show ends near midnight, after the scheduled buses have stopped. Book the return leg, a transfer, a shuttle seat or a taxi firm, when you book the room.

Arena Burgas is in the host city. Sunny Beach and Nessebar, which hold most of the beds on this coast, look adjacent on a map of Bulgaria and are about 35 km up the road.

Every figure we publish is either verified and stated plainly, or marked as an estimate, or shown as "to be confirmed" until an operator, a timetable or the EBU confirms it. We would rather show you an empty price column than a guessed number.
Later in the season we will sell arena transport, airport transfers and rooms at partner hotels, booked direct. That is how the site pays for itself, and it only works if you trust the numbers, which is why the numbers come first.
