Show-night transport
The Arena Burgas Shuttle
A return coach that leaves when the show ends, not at a time you guessed when you booked. Not on sale yet, and this page says exactly what is and is not settled.
Where this stands
Not on sale. We are contracting a coach operator for the 2027 contest nights, with stops along the Sunny Beach and Nessebar strip and departures timed to the end of each show. The contract is expected by December 2026.
There is no checkout on this site and no deposit to pay. If you want the price the day it is set, the email form below is the whole mechanism.

The problem this solves
Shows end near midnight. Scheduled buses between Burgas and the resorts stopped hours earlier. Several thousand people leave one building in about twenty minutes, into a taxi supply that does not expand to meet them.
Every other answer to that has a flaw. A private transfer books a fixed pickup time against a live television broadcast that can overrun. A taxi from the rank is the most expensive transaction of your trip, negotiated at the worst possible moment. Staying in Burgas city works but the city's room stock is small and goes early.
A coach fixes the timing problem structurally. It is chartered for the show, so it waits for the show.
What we are building
| Item | Plan | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Route | Sunny Beach and Nessebar strip to Arena Burgas, return | Stops not finalised |
| Nights | Both semi-finals and the grand final | Depends on the EBU schedule |
| Outbound | Timed to doors, with a stated margin | Set with the operator |
| Return | Departs after the show ends, not at a clock time | Core to the product |
| Price, return seat | 20 EUR, intended | not contracted |
| Booking opens | After the operator contract is signed | Expected December 2026 |
What is not settled
- Stops. The strip is several kilometres long. Stop placement follows partner hotel locations and demand from this list.
- Nights and departure counts. Follows the EBU schedule.
- Capacity. Set by how many seats we contract, which follows the size of this list.
- Price. Set by the coach hire contract.
- Sozopol and the south coast. Wrong side of Burgas for a northbound route. Probably not served in year one.
The Week Pass
A bundle for people doing the whole week: return arena shuttle across three show nights, an airport transfer, the contest week guide and venue perks, at an intended 99 EUR. Being built for February 2027.
If you are attending more than one show, the pass is intended to be the cheaper route than buying seats individually, and it removes the airport run as a separate decision. It is not built yet and there is nothing to buy. If your transport is already solved and what you want is the perks and the seat-view maps, the lighter option being built alongside it is theBurgas Week Card.
Everything above is transport performed in Bulgaria, which is taxed where it is performed. That keeps it under Bulgarian VAT and out of the cross-border digital services threshold, which is the reason the shuttle and the pass can be sold simply.

Common questions
- Is there a shuttle bus from Sunny Beach to Arena Burgas?
- We are contracting one for the 2027 contest nights, with stops along the Sunny Beach and Nessebar strip. It is not on sale yet and no operator contract is signed. Prices go to our email list first.
- How much will the arena shuttle cost?
- The intended price is 20 euro for a return seat on a show night. That is our planning figure, not a confirmed price, and it depends on the coach hire contract.
- What happens if the show overruns?
- That is the reason to use a coach rather than a booked car. The coach departs after the building empties, not at a clock time. A grand final that runs long does not strand a coachload of people.
- Can I buy a seat now?
- No. There is no checkout on this site and there will not be one until the operator contract is signed, expected by December 2026. Join the email list and you will hear the price before the page changes.
